Our business owner and master smoker, Chef Alain Quirin, is dedicated to producing cold-smoked salmon with consistent taste, texture, quality, and freshness. Specializing in the traditional way of smoking salmon, Chef Alain uses only the finest salmon, salt, and natural hickory wood for smoking.
About Our Smokehouse
MOVEABLE FEAST INC’s smokehouse is located in Moonachie, NJ. It was specifically designed, built, and equipped to smoke salmon in small batches to ensure better control of flavor and quality. Once you taste our smoked salmon, you will know why it is preferred by chefs, restaurateurs, connoisseurs, and sushi lovers.
To further ensure the quality of our products, our facility maintains strict sanitary conditions. We meticulously handle our salmon under Federal Seafood HACCP regulations from the time we receive it until we ship it to specialty food distributors.
